How to show OS selection menu (Multi Boot, Windows)

- Right-click "This PC",
- Properties,
- Advanced system settings,
- at "Startup and Recovery" click Settings
- check "Time to display list of operating systems"

What does hard drive option mean? Does it let you boot into one of the os present on the hard drive?

I'm unable to use keyboard during selection, it shows multiple os but can't use arrow keys or any keys on keyboard .
