DUI Enforcement Awareness PSA

For years, Virginia Beach has had the most DUI arrests in Virginia, which is unacceptable for a city that consistently ranks among the safest cities of its size. Beginning June 30, the VB Commonwealth's Attorney's Office will begin prosecuting all DUIs that occur in Virginia Beach. This is an effort to decrease the total number of DUIs in Virginia Beach, assist the officers who are making the arrests, and help dockets move efficiently in court.
