Yeah... schedule your texts bro. Can send it at 2am and schedule it for work hours. Sleep and rest are important. Had a boss like this b4 and guess what i and most others no longer work wth him. And guess what else... he schedules his messages now. Just cause you don't sleep doesn't mean everyone else can thrive that way. Unless you're paying 24 hour availability type pay, then it is what it is
