Someone may have said this already but much respect to these two for addressing the elephant in the room head on. They knew we wanted to hear an inside perspective and gave it to us even though they didn't owe it to us. This is how grown folks handle business: say your piece, be respectful, leave the BS behind closed doors, and everyone keep eating and keep breathing.

One thing I will say I live about Stephen A, that brother is not ungrateful, he always makes it’s clear that Skip paved the way for him and looked out and I respect that.

These brothers touched on a very valuable life lesson that everyone should ponder extensively. People, places, and situations are seasonal. Sometimes, it's just simply time to move and realize that no good guy or bad guy, the life cycle of place and time has run its course, and it's time to move on. Of course, it's dreadfully scary when this gnawing feeling occurs to us because it often comes at the most inopportune moment. When I finances or preparation otherwise, just aren't to imbrace such change. The flip side is that when such revelation comes, the longer we stay in the situation or relationship that used to be good, we now in extreme perilous circumstances. And if worse comes to worse, we only have ourselves to blame because we were warned, but we ignored the warning. Like I said, I hope everything will ponder that internal voice of the advice from someone else, even if it's a stranger, that the time has come to move on. Powerful stuff, ya'll!
