Everyone in that community should stop paying their rent they have the legal right to stop paying their rent if that is a condition that they're forced to live in

Reports should pop up when it's time to pay rent just to see if the office management has anything to say about receiving tenants rent without fulfilling their obligation of a decent livable facility

Uh oh. This is quite serious. You have to give renters a viable living space on your property or you can be sued not only for all back rent but also any greivences/sickness that you may have caused by being a negligent property owner.

The city inspectors do not inspect these properties I don't understand why have inspectors and they don't inspect 💩or the tell you we will look into it but you never hear back from them I wonder what excuse the city will use for this

Looks like this place needs to contact the city building inspector/ health department and a lawyer.. sue this place for an uninhabitable conditions if trash removal and the pool upkeep and pest removal is part of the lease ( you’re paying a fee included in your rent to cover this. They broke the lease and are negligent. So you owe them nothing to break the lease.. plus contacting the right people will have the place condemned . The mold and stench, and pests, and garbage all are an unhealthy in environment and are setting themselves up for future issues .( mold spores in lungs or other areas, diseases pests carry, not to mention the stench.)
I own 4 properties . I owned two buildings at one time, both buildings had 3 units. I bought the first at a tax seize auction and used all of my income to purchase the place, then resided in one unit to save me rent money to do the updates and repairs on the building. I would never live in such mess nor ask anyone else too. If I wouldn’t reside in one of my properties I sure as the world wouldn’t lease it. More landlords should be made to live in the mess they own to see what is going on.

Stop paying rent, hire a good lawyer and sue them. You should win automatically. Look up cases from Judge Judy, happens all the time and they win all the time.
