This home feels like many things and I think that’s what makes it beautiful. It feels like you’re in some other planet, the next minute it feels like a nice getaway place/hideout and it also has a homey feel to it.

Those concrete columns can carry a skyscraper. Quite the overkill for a very light wooden upper structure. The price is overkill too. It's quirky but not 2.3. The views saves it a little but only a little.
You could probably redo similar in much finer execution for less.

Gunite is a specific type of concrete, a blend of cement, sand, and water, and it's sprayed through a hose. The dry mix of cement and sand is mixed with water as it's being applied.
