No one should be allowed to undergo sexual reassignment until after their 26 years old (when the human brain stops physically growing), they've undergone major therapy AND they've been informed about all the dangers that come with such a procedure. Lastly, any doctor performing such a procedure should be eligible to be sued for medical malpractice if the patient encounters physical problems afterwards (which they often do).

We don't encourage schizophrenia or anorexia so I think if you believe that your sex is wrong that isn't normal and should be treated as a mental illness and treated with medication and therapy to counter it not to enforce it

What those children need is therapy to address why they aren't happy and balanced. Many of them have some bad experiences going on, abuse of some kind or simply disconnected parents who work a lot to pay the bills. Some of them are influenced by peers. Children are easily influenced without realizing that fact.
Hormones can be imbalanced by foods and childhood vaccines. That's been proven. So, it isn't really what people think it is. There are root causes.
Children should not be changed with meds. Their body parts should not be physically altered regarding their gender.
