To me, the weirdest card ever is Convulsion of Nature where both players flip their decks upside down for literally no reason

Magical Hats is also like activating two Foolish Burial Goods at once, and you can reuse the effects of Flip Effect monsters with it, even if Flip Effect monsters are admittedly dated now.
