DIY GIANT GINGERBREAD HOUSE

Watch as I build a giant Christmas gingerbread house for my decorations.
I’d never built one before and learned as I was building it. Merry Christmas

The house is 8ft tall. The walls and roof are insulation foam board. The frame is made of 2”x 3” x 8ft wood.

You make it look easy! I am tempted to make a four and a half hour drive down to see it but then I would have to drive back home. The thing that makes you different is that you build your own props. Most of us are satisfied with simply putting lights on everything.

Wonder if I can make this but instead use industrial velcro to attack the walls and candies... something that would be easier to take apart for storage purposes.

You have some great ideas! You do amazing work. Question: how do you store all these props? My attic is already oretty full. Remove the foam siding but what did you do to the gingerbread framing after Christmas?
