hello sir! I accidently deleted a sheet im my excel worksheet and it was saved afrer that. I turned off the laptop after that. I saved the file many times when i came to know rhat my sheet was deleted. Is there any way to bring that back? I lost tons of data!

When I type data in Excel and press return to go to the next row, the previous data is erased.  Undo doesn't work.  Why is this happening?  No one at either Apple or Microsoft has an answer.  I just bought this MacBookPro last August and it started happening within a few weeks.  Too late to return it.  Please help!
