Yeah, this sucks when passengers slam our doors, causing property damage. There is NO ONE to call!! You're on your own!

Will never use Lyft again - they charged me twice for the same ride, helping center says money will be returned in 5 business days but didn’t show up to this day.

I might have missed something but my app keeps asking for DL pics which I take, then a selfie, and nothing happens still can't go online!!!!

I am having a problem in that I was double billed. We sent documentation to Lyft support over a day ago and they have not resolved the problem. They requested that we send proof that we were double billed from our bank statement which we did and they still have not resolved the problem. their “customer service” sucks big time.

Lyft's customer service sucks @ss. In the past, you could call someone and get things resolved in a matter of minutes. Now they only do contact via app, unless it's an accident or danger. It's really stupid that you can't call anyone. There were several times that someone through the app would tell me that they're going to get in touch. Only to close the case. And then there is inconsistent answers to the same question between customer service on the app vs at the Hub. And these clowns want our help to protect them from California making them an employer. Pathetic. I've been trying to get a toll charge resolved. Each passenger that I take over the toll bridges here in the Bay area. It's being charged to me. Smfh.

That number doesn’t work it tells you to contact them through the driver’s app then it cuts off.

Here is my issue . I have received several emails from Lyft where I am flagged as poor passenger experience. Nothing to do with passenger I have a high rating and receive generous tips. It has to do clearly with dropping people off before destination that was plugged into the heir app: 1 ride tour event drive way was chained off due to they were closed, I could not drive further…another rider could not plug in boat dock she needed to go to so she plugged in nearest destination… another their navigation system had me going down a road I thought was closed I thought maybe it reopened… it had not. I let driver off since it was a short walk for her and driving around would take longer. I got dinged for all of these. I live in a tourist area and often riders say hey can you drop me off here? They are sending me threatening emails that if this continues they will deactivate me. Uber does not do this. Advice???? I did send them a email using the address on the internet but it bounced back.

I picked up a lady at AirPort in San Antonio yesterday. Pick her and list contact with Lyft app. The lady used her google map to driver her to New Brausfels 35 miles . How do I contact Lyft to see it I got paid?

I was looking for a contact because I was overcharged and the driver didn’t show up 10$ ride because &28 how comes and I didn’t even get the ride 😭😭😭😭😭

When you try to contact Lyft through twitter they either take a month to respond or they just don't respond at all.

Is it safe to say Lyft is getting rich off ppl. I've ordered a ride 2x today and never got picked up. One guy called and I told him he was at the wrong place he said he'll call Navi if he have any trouble but NEVER did. They got their money tho. This is the 3rd time they've got me!!!
