What a beautiful redesign! The little popcorn animation and trailer after the purchase went through really sold the cinema experience!

All I can say is WOW that was incredible!! Please keep up the great work sharing your thinking and process! I wish this video was longer with more details and a side-by-side comparison between the before and after screens. Thank you, Rachel!! <3

I tried to redesign the 'ticket review' screen by myself before watching the whole video, just to see how close I can get to you. I knew that since I am beginner but still I tried my best to think like a professional product designer and thought about the user's needs and how can I save most of their times. At the end, the redesign came well. There were so many things I did exactly like you. I feel this is the best way to analyse your design skills. Design something and then look at someone designing the same thing and understand her perspective to solve problems. This was just great redesign Rachel. Thanks for this!!❤❤

The redesign looks sooo good, the beautifully made video presentation at the end though 😍 I would LOVE to see a video about how to make an impressive presentation like that! 🙏

That's a commendable re-design and I love this way of practicing your skills.
I have a small piece of feedback:
- "Who will be watching" Screen (2nd Screen):
--- Details like the mall name and seats might be unnecessary since users rarely change malls or theatres, and the seat labels aren’t self-explanatory. Omitting them could simplify the experience.
- Progress Bar:
--- Adding a line at the bottom of the red gradient could hint at how many steps are left.
- Last Screen:
--- Guide users back to the home screen and explain how to return to the scanner later, as many won’t use it immediately.
Please share your thoughts if you don't agree with me.

Hi Rachel! I love your UI/UX redesign series so much! It's the best video of this type I've seen on YouTube so far. It's educational and engaging. I've learned so much, and all your designs are so elegant and clean. Looking forward to the next one:)

I recently discovered your channel, and I must say, it has great content. As a UI/UX professional myself, I often find issues not because the designer overlooked small details like inconsistent font size, colors, or misalignment, but rather due to product owners lacking UI/UX skills or being resistant to changes. In many medium to large companies, reliance on assumptions without proper data or user insights is a common challenge. It's a daily battle for me. By the way, excellent content!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the movie clip that plays at the success screen. The whole prototype got me in my feelings (for real) like, how can micro-interactions speak so much message?? So glad you're my mentor/role model @Rachel How ♥♥♥♥♥

It's wonderful to observe your design process and UI/UX research. In my real-world experiences, we often lack the luxury to add truly awesome features or interesting interactions. If you're fortunate, you get to design with real user data instead of relying on personal assumptions. Occasionally, the frontend UI may look appealing but lacks adherence to UI/UX best practices. Some companies don't prioritize user research, while others believe in research but struggle with budget constraints.

I would change last continue button to confirm because that’s when user click to make the final payment

Awesome! It's very similar to United State's AMC's movie app (AMC is America's largest movie theatre chain), which I think has perfected the UI/UX for booking movie theatres.
