TIPS FOR ANYONE DOING THIS EXERCISE FROM MY EXPERIENCE

-Be patient! It takes a while for you to see significant improvement in your breath strength
-Posture is everything. Do this while standing up straight. After mastering breath control while standing up, you can practice it in other postures.
-Keep your breath outflow steady. Don’t suddenly release a lot of breath.

Day 1- 0:31 ( I’ll update)
Day 2- 0:26
Day 3- 0:34
Day 4: 0:39 (after a few attempts I hit a peak of 0:48)
Day 5: 0:41-0:50 (I’ll be doing ranges now since it’s easier to log)
Day 6: 0:36-0:43
Day 7: 0:38-0:41 (I did this laying on my back to ensure I breathed from my abdomen)
Day 8: 0:36-0:45
Day 9: 0:43-0:55 (this was after a week long break, surprisingly. I improved my posture in this exercise.)
Day 10: 0:45-0:55
Day 11: 0:40-0:45
Day 12: (This was after a long break) 0:45-0:49
Day 13: 0:46-0:50
Day 14: 0:50-0:53
Day 15: 0:45-0:51
Day 16: 0:51-0:52

Start off very quietly so you use less air, and progress from there you'll be shocked at how much it actually works. Same thing with singing, warm up really quiet and work your way up, it's just a good way to find your medium, cause keep in mind that you don't have to sing loudly into a microphone.

I FINALLY DID IT!!!! I have 10 of your videos that I practice with every day and this one and the range extension is always what I struggle with most and never complete. But today finally I have done the breathing for the whole minute.

breathe in through nose, hiss out through mouth. Also don't breathe through lungs, use diaphragm( your stomach basically). Most singers use their diaphragms.
