I remembered watching the guy who make 4 hrs python tutorial, the first thing he taught was how to change to dark theme

I laughed like crazy on the global variable one. It's so true and yet so bad to do it that way. 😂😂

3:06 Those logs are 8 bit binary numbers that spell out "Helouda" in ASCII

Not sure what that means, but strange that it works so well as ASCII.

5:58 This can save you sooo much time. Instead of up, up, up... use CTRL + R and then search for the command. Took me years to find out, love it now!

You know it'd be cool if on your interview day, you're asked to explain programming meme as part of your exam. Literally takes real experience to explain these stuff tho.

Its so annoying when you are the only person in the group who understands the memes

Don't ever actually use the "while" if statement replacement. It works in most cases, but if statement1 sets "condition" to false, statement2 will run, which is not how a real if/else statement works.

with the vim meme, I thought 'one you start using vim, there is no coming back' first, cuz I can't use nano or emacs.

1:16 So basically in Iceland, people's names are their father's name + son or dóttirfor females so basically using that sql command selects everyone with son in their last names where everyone's name has -son in the end

The VIM stuff just happened to me on my exam yesterday. Lost so much time figuring out how to quit the thing RIP.

I always use light theme for everything because it provides greater and more natural contrast from content against the background. I would definitely prefer more colourful light themes, (such as the blue theme in Visual Studio, ) but white or grey themes also work.
