I have a MF4350d, printing from a Mac, and when i try to set it, the setting "Two-sided" is grayed out and set to "off." I'm using the driver Canon says is for my printer (although it is called only "MF4320-4350 UFRII LT"). How can I make this do automatic duplexing?

The location you refer to is not the "windows print driver" or the "Canon print driver." They are the Software settings. People look up these videos or sites to FIND OUT HOW TO GET TO THESE SETTINGS. You didn't show the instructions that people actually are looking for. IE: How do I get to these
