Out of all of the cases I've watched on YT the last 24-48 hours, this is the first attorney that I've seen that actually stops his client from talking.

Even if this dude was smart enough to blame his breathalyzer for the lower reading, a 0.072 right now proves he had to be over 0.08 this morning when he drove in!

I have no trouble believing that he got so drunk the previous evening that he has no recollection of when he stopped drinking. It's a pity that the court couldn't/didn't have him use his personal device at around the same time as he did the official test, so they could compare the results.
