I remember back when this all went down. Very detailed documentary! This scared the crap out of me as a teen, and still creeps me out.

I had one friend. He was a heavy drugs addict. He was an atheist but he claimed that something sinister is always around him. And with time he got an aura of sinister itself. Luckily he give up drugs get a kid and find a normal job so he is a ok now… but his case proved that evil things love to hang around people with troubles and to feed on their fear and sadness

This narrator is amazing. I can have trouble staying engaged but how he speaks is very soothing. It keeps me locked in.

Sometimes the history & backstories to these places, people & events, are far more haunting than the actual hauntings themselves! Take care, Kody.😘🌹💜🌍

I saw the Entity back in the day.
Didn't think it was actually this close to the real story.
As ever, well done.

2 minutes in & I'm already gonna like this story. 😃 I graduated from UCLA and as a student, I talked to a student of Jewish ancestry who mentioned that UCLA has or once had a parapsychology department and courses. He seemed interested in the paranormal as well. I was interested but couldn't find what he was talking about. This was before the internet age. Also, there was a mysterious disappearance of a UCLA student named Michael Negrete, to this day he hasn't been found.

So tragic. The vulnerable, especially those with mental health struggles are often ostracized and not believed. Her struggles were clearly real whether she manifested them herself, or they chose her to exploit her vulnerability. A huge cry for help that went unheard. She suffered, her children suffered, and all that came of this was a broken family, and people who sought profit from her decline. Whose the real "demon" in this case?

Oh my gosh! My favorite "haunting" of all time. The most terrifying movie I ever saw, second only to The Exorcist. I completely believe Doris' story. So terrifying in the type of assaults she faced. Thank you so much Kody. For giving this case well deserved coverage. I was 17 years old when I saw the movie in theatres. It changed me as far as realization that entities can and will have the strength to harm violently. It's horrifying enough that women face the assaults by real people, but a ghost?...terrifying! I always wondered if it may have been her deceased lover. She did say he had been very abusive. As bad as the movie was, the book by Frank D. scarred me for life 😂
