@KingSev so I've watched the T9 and T10 install videos and read literally all of the comments. I really like the idea of your product, especially the T10 v2.1. However i still have a few questions.
1) do i need to purchase a unit before joining the group? Id like to join to research previously answered questions before making a purchase.
2) do i absolutely need a second SIM card and/or directly plug in my phone via USB to access and use the Android Auto features? I refuse to buy a second Sim card or plug in my phone to use android auto. I don't go anywhere without my phone so why buy a second one that only stays in my truck. That's a bit counter productive.
3) is the GPS harness absolutely needed?
4) on your website the extra accessory of "wired+wireless car play dongle" serves what purpose? Am i to understand then that the head unit is actually just an old tablet that you actually plug a bunch of wires into via a canbus to make it a "radio head unit"?

My wife accidentally hit one of the knobs with her water bottle and a portion of the screen cracked which has pretty much disabled the whole unit from working with exception to the backup camera. Is there any sort of replacement screen we can buy or do we just have to replace the whole thing?

When I was installing my t10 head unit it worked for a second and then turned off. I tried putting my stock head unit back in and it won’t turn on either. No blown fuses. What could be causing this?

Hello, do you know how to do a complete reset? I installed one and after a year it stayed with the fixed toyota logo and it does not start, I tried the manual reset button with a paper clip, it restarts but the problem continues, thanks for your help
