I use to get valerian root in a smokable vape juice form and I used it throughout the day and worked wonders. It made me very calm and helped to reduce my overall stress. To me I don’t see it as a sleep aid because using it in this way you would feel the affects a lot stronger and a lot quicker. Because you’re smoking it of course! I use it as sort of an ‘upper’ in relation to how it makes me feel! And it works well.

I never dream unless I have valerian root capsules every 3 or 4 days at a time. If I take them too frequently I get headaches.

Valerian alone doesn’t make me sleep, I have to also use CBN or CBD, the two together work perfect

My valerian says a serving is 1, 590mg (Natures Way) but the internet says 1, 060 is considered toxic? Do you know why?

Is it safe to use it with an antidepressant pills ?

What If it doesn't do anything? I took it 2 tablets of it in these herbal tablets and they didn't do anything and I still fell asleep at 4am when I took them at 11pm.
My insomnia doesn't get effected by meds and I'm unsure of using melatonin due to it giving me night terrors
