As a simple carpenter you look for the plane. This mega structure has a perfect plan / angle. It is honestly mind blowing seeing it’s perfection and my life’s goal is to see it in person so I can knowingly admit it’s more advanced than a normal person would think.

Outer casing stones! Incredible, can't even slide a sheet of paper between. The precision is just awe-inspiring.

Tightest of joins through the full depth of the stones - so not just a working of the facades or face. Although not sure how that would be achieved in any case. If your angle is 'out' at the face then any subsequent erosion would reveal the fact and widen the 'gaps'. Rendering covers such flaws yet there NEVER seems to be any rendering applied, or even needed.
