Rule #1 Reported speech is always written in Past tense.

Rule #2 Reported speech is always written in third person.
Edit ; )Reported speech is mostly written in third person....It can be in second person also....

Rule #3 When speaker asks a question which can be only answered in yes or no Add if or whether.

Rule #4 When speaker speaks in sentence add that .

Rule #5 When speaker gives a command or request Add to.

Rule #6 When speaker asks a question like what, where, how, when, who etc Replace said with asked.

Rule #7 Do not change the dialogue into past tense Universal Truth.

This was supposed to be changed as Georgina says that she needs help with her homework. This is because the reported verb was in present form and thus the reported speech cannot be changed
