Показать описание
The ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is a repository for technology assets and configuration items (CI) information. It has transitioned from manual to automatic updates, providing a single source of truth by aggregating data from various sources. The CMDB supports operations like security, asset, cost, change, and incident management. It contains up-to-date CIs, including physical technology and application services layers, and information about people, groups, business applications, and services. It operates on three pillars: ingestion, governance, and insight.
