Nikhil Naz reports from Paris "The hearing of Vinesh Phogat's appeal might happen online. There were two appeals that Vinesh filed, one requesting her to be allowed to compete in the final. She told the CAS that she reached the final fair and square.

Wrestler Vinesh Phogat announced her retirement on Thursday, a day after she was disqualified from the wrestling final at the 2024 Olympics in Paris. Vinesh was disqualified from the Gold medal match of the 50 kg Women's Wrestling for being overweight by 100 grams.

I'm laughing to all indian who wants silver medal to phogat😁😁😁. Before the competition start ( all of them knows that there is a rule on excess weight). A rule is a rule and should be implemented. If India wants to protest about the ruling on excess weight. It can be modified for future decision. ( Not now). 😁😁😁😁
