The Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS) on August 9, Friday has said that the decision on the plea made by Vinesh Phogat about her disqualification from the women's 50 kg category final will be out before the end of the ongoing Paris Olympics 2024. The Paris Olympics is set to have its closing ceremony on Sunday, August 11. Vinesh was disqualified from the competition on August 7, as she was overweight by 100 gm during the weigh-in before the final on Wendnesday.

What merit is there in this Begging ?
A naturak 53Kg strength competing in a 59 kg bracket, who she could not have got any meddals had she competed in her Natural Catogory, the episode well olanned by her organizers, by selecting a 53 Kg scraoegoat, so that she (more of a protestor than a wrestler) can compete in the 50 kg and win a medal against lesser strengths, but the plan backfired Taling advange of rules when rules are meant to be supplementary
