You need to grease the center spindle hole as well as use some zoom spout oil in the motor bearings top and bottom. Also some white grease on what you are cleaning for smooth operation and to help it from wearing out

I am enjoying your series on this player. I have a Waters-Conely portable that used the same GI 4-speed mechanism. I haven't used it in years because the amplifier needs work. I might have to do a video on it. It uses a single 50L6-GT tube. What kind of tube does your player use?

Wd 40 is not an oil it is a water displacement. W d stands for water displacement.#40 read it's history
