Mr Ofman - excellent and elegant concept! I applied it to myself (starting with "reflective") and it hit "bull's eye".
Looking for the challenge in the partner did not work for me that well though.
Actually, I am using your concept when giving 360 feedback and encounter a dominating strength. Works extremely well!

Hallo meneer Ofman, ik ben op uw systeem gewezen door een kennis van mij en ik moet zeggen dat dit echt een fantastische uitleg is, van hoe ieder persoon in elkaar steekt.
Wat ik me dan wel gelijk afvraag is....maar hoe draai je jouw persoonlijke gedrag dan concreet om?
Is het simpelweg de herkenning? Ik herken mezelf er zeker wel in en de mensen waarmee ik omga in mijn leven, o.a. de relatie met mijn dochter....hoe pak je deze tactiek aan in mens leven?
Dat is mij nog niet helemaal duidelijk.
Zou u mij hier een antwoord voor kunnen geven?
