Get the Maximum possible range before failsafe on your drone - Radiomaster Nomad review. A 2 band transmitter that works on low band and also 2.4. A great ELRS edition if you need the extra security for failsafes.

I can't believe RadioMaster and ELRS have made this incredible module! Legit if you want to send your craft out as far as you want and not have to worry about your radio link this is great! Cheers Stu and Stickman Steve! I'm going to throw this on my 7" SuperG+ and see how far she will go!

Remember. The Telemetry is only 100mW and thats the Telemetry lost and recovered. but the link itself is 1W

Hi Stew, Great video and review of the Nomad ELRS transmitter. I have been flying long-range for a while now, and I have never failsafe since I switched to elrs. Thanks again for the video and info on these module

The great point for me is to have a multi protocol transmitter and this covers all the elrs bases - eg for me I can get the usually cheaper multi to cover my frsky and flysky fleet and this module covers ALL the erls I may get in the future

I have the Radiomaster T16S 4 in 1 I wanted to dabble in ELRS PWM RX's so this made perfect sense to me at 45 dollars to have the redundancy flying twin 2.4. I must admit I love it myself 👌

A pwm 4 antenna would be nice for cars trucks "rovers" boats and I live in a rain forest, I love mine

Hey question. I have a Taranis X9D SE, does this module work in older radios like that? I'd like to get into ELRS at some point but a new radio seems like a waste when my current radio works fine.

I REALLY want to love long range, but I keep crashing. Some advice from my hard lessons learned.

1. Watch your terrain. ELRS is awesome, but video links still suck in the hills.

2. hills at a distance will grow taller once you fly past them.

3. When you lose video, don't panic. You're behind something. Punch the F out.

4. Be very, very, very comfortable with your return to home switch.

Evidently, loss of video will immediately draw my finger to the disarm switch and hiking around searching sucks. I'm using WS, and am contemplating going back to analog. Digital drop to black screen happens really fast, and really sucks.

why didn't you keep the transmitter, and he take the drone?

will this be beneficial for single antenna receiver like rp1 elrs 2.4? will it improve my signal on noisy environment like concerts?

What receiver would you recomend between dbr4 and xr4?

915mhz is a dirty band. Its full of noise. 2.4 is full because of wifi on it. I wanna put a meshtastic node on a fpv but it's on 915 as well, I'm worried the mesh might jam out my fpv. So 2.4 it is

I think this might also be great for people with Cinelifters so they can finally let go of crossfire.

I have a Mobula 8 analog with an x12 all in one flight controller . I recently developed white horizontal lines all over my OSD when flying. Do you know what could be causing this ?

Love Radiomaster hate the small black and white non touchless screen. TX16s is the one to get.

If you like this tech look into the dji GPS module which uses the phone band to control the drone or continue to give commands
