Smoked Venison Meatloaf Fast & Easy! This classic comfort food is great with lean venison and Meatloaf takes smoke GREAT! You can cut this meatloaf recipe down to fit your needs or make it even bigger if you like! It's moist and amazing tasting and smoking meatloaf gives a whole new flavor to it! Here's the Recipe:

4# Lean Ground venison (We used 10% beef steak fat in ours)
1 medium Vidalia onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
2 tablespoons Hi Mountain Seasoning Zesty Western Burger mix (Link below)
2 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup ketchup
1-1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
2 large eggs
*At least 4 beers (*Recommended- - - More is better)

Directions:
Open Beer and drink some! Combine everything and form into a loaf. Place in a aluminum or other pan. Open another beer as needed. Heat your smoker to 275* and smoke until internal temp hits 150*. Open another beer if needed. Coat liberally with ketchup and continue smoking until internal temp hits 160*F while enjoying another beer. Allow to rest about 15 minutes. (You probably are ready for another beer anyway!) Slice and serve!

Bloopers are ok. You could always include a quick preview of the next vid at the end (I get the special challenges with that too though). Check out Richard Gene the fishing machine on YouTube, he does a good job on consistently closing his videos.
