SimpleCookingChannel I never ever thought I'd be in the apparent minority for knowing what a macaroon was! That being said, this recipe is amazing. I vaguely remembered seeing it once, and had a shit tonne of desiccated coconut left over from my white choc, coconut and cranberry oaties so gave it a whirl. The whole process took like 10 minutes from start to finish... (for some weird reason our oven cooks everything faster than it should) and the result is actually pretty damn good!
