📢🔊🌟📣✨ Hey everyone! I hope you're doing well. Today, I want to address an important issue that requires our attention: the need for reform in the MBA admission process in India. 🎓🇮🇳

I know this is a lengthy post, but please take a moment to read it and share it as much as possible. We need to raise our voices and reach out to the concerned authorities. Some may argue that, as a teacher, my role should be focused solely on teaching students. However, I believe my responsibility extends beyond coaching; I strive to contribute positively to society. 🙌💪

Let's dive into a few key points that I believe the authorities should consider:

1️⃣ Deadline Alignment: The deadline for college form filling in all B-Schools should be set after the announcement of the written test results. For instance, the last date for MDI, SPJIMR should be after CAT results, SIBM SCMHRD after SNAP final results, and NMIMS after NMAT results. The aim should be to attract the best candidates, not to profit from the process. ⏰📝💼

2️⃣ Limited WAT AWT PI Process: For all CAT B-Schools, there should be a maximum of four WAT AWT PI processes. The first should be conducted by the old IIMs, the second by the new IIMs, the third by the baby IIMs, and the fourth by non-IIMs or IITs. B-Schools can then consider marks from one or a weighted average of more than one process to calculate the final composite score. This will save students time and money by reducing the need to visit multiple places for interviews. It will also ensure a fair chance for all students if a weighted average is considered. 📚✍️🏛️

3️⃣ Completion by May End: It's crucial that all admission processes are completed by the end of May. This will allow students to plan which B-School they should join if they have multiple options and arrange the necessary fees on time. The late waiting list movements often leave students with little time to make important decisions, leading to emotional stress. 📅📝💰

4️⃣ One Nation, One Refund Policy: All colleges should have the same refund policy. If admissions are withdrawn within seven days of class commencement, students should receive a minimum of 90% of the deposited fee. This will enable students to shift their college choices if they have multiple options. If the entire process is completed by May end and classes start in June (as stated in point 3), students won't have to stress about missing out on a good opportunity. 💸📜✅

India need lots of reformation. Different collages have different marking pattern. Even a good student end up with lesser percentage and even a average student end up with high percentage. And in the end, no one is judged upon knowledge but just marks.
