Edit: This has been fixed for me, but other players still seem to have the problem. Mine was fixed after some time of the new nerf/patch.

This bug is a fucking nightmare. How has blizzard not publicly commented on this issue? A failure in the programming that can make half a players shots completely redundant is a failure that needs to be addressed.

I regularly experience this issue and I average around 30 ms ping. If this shit keeps I'll probably drop OW. It's too frustrating.
