Widowmaker is the perfect assassin: a patient, ruthlessly efficient killer who shows neither emotion nor remorse. She possesses extensive training in the covert arts, and with her scientifically altered physiology—which has drastically slowed her heart and turned her skin blue—she feels little more than the satisfaction of a job well done.

Widowmaker is equipped with essential tools for eliminating her targets: poison gas mines; a powerful sniper rifle that has an alternate, fully automatic firing mode; a grappling hook for quickly reaching the perfect perch; and her signature visor, which grants infra-sight that’s shared with her allies, revealing the location of nearby enemies.

Long range OHK against it seems even the biggest guys and a grapple hook for fast movement and being able to see through walls. I'm calling it, Widowmaker is God tier.

It would be totally awesome if you can use your grappling hook on allied and enemy champions. If you had Parrah on your team you can potentially use her to launch yourself onto a plat form across the map. maybe too ridiculous?

The assault mode though doesn't really fit her covert play style. I think close range should be her weakness. When playing her players should focus on stealth and surprise attacks, Thus as a widow player you have to be constantly aware of ally and enemy positions. effectively use your abilities to keep an advantage against your enemies, and at the same time to quickly transition from one location to another. 

A short stealth ability that maybe lasts only 2 or 3 seconds would accompany her covert play style well. This would allow her to do some interesting jukes against the opponent.

Honestly, Widowmaker is pretty much the perfect marksman, a Sniper and SMG rolled into one character, not to mention the mobility and the vision. Seriously.
