The truth about getting job in canada is that it no longer depends on your canadian work experience but majorly it depends on references. If you know somebody who work in a company, you have better chances of getting hired.

I did meet one Indian guy in Toronto . He is very smart and intelligent men . I did ask him what did you do back in India . He said I was a professional Doctor ( surgeon) . Then I did ask him and what do you do in canada - security guard on minimum wage ! I think that answered all your questions!!!!

These places are never or rarely worth it for the first generation of migrants. First generation struggle most of their life. The real benefit is reaped by the future generations who are born there and benefit from the local education and connections.

I am in New York for 10 yrs. we miss a lot our friends good neighbors.growing up kids is not easy they r in a different culture no matter how u bring them up.they r like robots.any job stressful.my advice if u have a job back home don’t leave ur country, it only looks happy in Facebook not real book.

It's not right. So expensive and so cold, and the quality of life is not there. Too many homelessness and addicts. But homeless people in the cold weather....it's just not right.

No one gonna tell you the negatives as this guy told, NO ONE ...whether your closest friends living there Nor your relatives... Cauz they will never going to admit that their life is depressive and mostly on mortgages and extreme rules n regulations... until you reach there and experience all by yourself. And then they will share the reality with you, but you couldn't do anything.. because you're TRAPPED Too.
