Volume of Integration and Rate of Change Question - Great GRE Subject Maths Revision Practice

This question, which comes from the GRE Subject Maths 2023 Practice Book (GRE3768 - question 33), is great revision of many areas of calculus, specifically volumes of revolution, implicit differentiation and rate of change.

Important Note: At 3:47 the author omits to write a set of brackets between R^3/3 and h^3/3, however the algebra itself is correct.
