The adjoint part was supposed to be solved by taking the determinant value which is equal to product of the eigen values.

yes, for finding eigen values of adj(A) we can take product of eigen values of (A) which will be |A|.and thereby 6, 3, 2 be the answer

product of eigen value = determinant of matrix, |A|

So, eigen value for adj|A| = 3*2*1*(respective lambda)
