I'm sure if you put a Bat signal ontop of the Modular Police Station from a couple years ago it would make a good looking GCPD. You can maybe even put Batman, Gordon and Harvey Dent on the roof standing next to it like in The Long Halloween or The Dark Knight.

One iconic DC origin that I think Lego actually could adapt into a real set is the Smallville landing. Just a little $20 set with baby Kal-El, Jonathan, and Martha Kent as the minifigures. Kal’s baby shuttle would obviously be the main build, with probably a Kent Farm sign as the side build so that people can turn their Lego City farms into Kent Farm. I also briefly considered the pickup truck since that’s also commonly featured in the scene, but it would probably just drive the price up to higher than it’s worth.
