My ranking is 5, 6, 7, 3, 4, 2, and 1. 5 just has the most memories for me. Umbridge especially.

FINALLY!! someone who give COS props ppl hate on that one its so good its hilarious. My take on the book has definitely changed over time and yeah I think as an adult Dumbledore's betrayal of Harry the revelations in DH is like WOAH!! i didnt grasp it as a kid I think I read it like wow what an unexpected twist but i guess bc harry was like damn ok and clearly forgives him and hes so understanding i was too. But its older me whose like wow he was real manipulative🤔 still love him but im able to see that more in my older age and idk a lot of the filler stuff i love like lavendar bc its showing them being kids even in a crisis environment theyre still adolescents trying to navigate life etc I love that harry and the other kids had those moments even in the darkest times they had these candid moments and for me it was needed. But i loved your analysis of each books just hearing someone else's impressions etx

I’d rank them, 3, 7, 5, 6, 2, 1, 4. I adore book 3. I find 4 incredibly slow... I’m currently rereading the series for the 6th time, I’m determined to get through book 4. Have been stuck on it for 2 months now haha 😂
