He is very very true. Women think its their right to marry men who are equal or up

Women marry across and up in socioeconomic status hierarchies. Men overwhelmingly prioritize beauty and marry across and down in physical looks hierarchies. So there is still an equal exchange of value going on. Not sure what Jordan is saying here.

There isn’t a problem with a women wanting a man with the same or more … the problem is if a chick is dating you and another man comes in who as more … she will leave you without saying a word and she’ll go be with the man who has more … or if y’all were making the same and she started making more she’ll leave you … or even if she has nothing, she won’t even date a man with nothing and try to help build up … she’ll just hop around looking for greener grass on the other side

Technically there is still equality.
Everyone is still free to do what they want. If you find woman dating rich men unfair then don’t date poorer woman

In traditional earlier societies, wealthy men did not marry down. I wonder if that was a patriarchal objective or if it was a matriarchal objective. Did the women of wealthy patriarchal families exclude women of lesser socioeconomic status as a means to preserve their own positions in the patriarchal order? Of course, today, society is less classist than previous times, so a man from a wealthy background marrying a woman from a poor background is no longer frowned upon and it's even seen as noble; however, that data shows that women do not extend the same compassion towards less well off men than men do to them. Women, in practice, actually are the primary culprits to socially stratified societies.

I thought you are rich why did you treat me as maid?

I personally don't care about how rich my man's gonna be. I just want him to be a strong masculine, brave man. If he earns less than me that's perfectly fine. I don't care.

Totally ridiculous comparison on enforcing EQUALITY? This has NOTHING to do with the aggregation of wealth into fewer and fewer hands. What are you talking about?

And every poor guy is single then? That's absurd.

Such a stupid argument. Btw, I married a man that made 0 money and no job. Granted, he had potential and aspirations. Today he makes way more than me because he is a talented, hard working (light skinned) man in America. I’m just as talented, just as hard working. But I’m a woman (not light skinned) in American. Why are we still bothering with this man? For me to move up the ladder, I’d have to give up on my values. My husband hasn’t given up on his, yet he gets promoted often. He has declined promotions just to make sure his female coworkers can move up too. He understands his privilege and uses it correctly. Perhaps that’s why God keeps blessing him.
