If the "Show My Caller ID" option in your iPhone setting is spinning wheel or doesn't show your caller ID, here's few things you can do to fix this problem.

Aeroplane mode worked for me. Before that I had this issue after updating iPhone 13 mini to iOS 18

I’ve have had this problem and it was really bad.
The other thing to add, which does sometimes get it working again as if you come in and out of show my caller ID.
That can get it to work again if you just keep doing it.
