Part 4 of The Seasonal Sampler - Autumn

Показать описание
This is the 4th part of the Seasonal Sampler mini quilt and today we are looking at the Autumn blocks. Here I will show you how to make the branch motif with the berries and the acorn block with the mushrooms/toadstools. Both of these blocks use a variety of sewing techniques, appliqué, English paper piecing and embroidery. It's never too late to join in with this sew along as it's really informal and the videos and instructions will be available indefinitely.

Hi Emma sorry I am late catching up with you, I am still decluttering which seems to be taking ages but I am sticking with it😃😃. This little quilt is so lovely, I had some wonderful news earlier in the week- I am going to be a great Grandma in January and I think if I did blocks of your beautiful design in some Liberty/soft flannel or linen (what would you suggest?) it would make a stunning gift when the baby is born. You might have some other ideas, I would be most welcome as this is a first for me. I hope you and your lovely family are all well and safe. Sending you all my love as always Dorothy 😘❤️🙋🏻🌟💐

Thank you Emma. I am just catching up on your tutorials. I have just retired from the automotive industry and looking forward to getting back into EPP again. I have learned some new tips from you. I will be using the glue stick now
I stitch basted my paper pieces in the past. I now have ordered from you as well as the company that makes the pieces that stay in. Excited to try theses new to me, products.
