Captain Keeli needs some screentime. According to his unofficial fandom page "Captain Keeli was a sick dabbing lad who led the 303rd Attack Legion in many battles. His strength, courage, wisdom, and weapon expertise, helped him win many victory royales." Actual legion name is unclear. May be "outer rim garrison", or "keeli's company" or "303rd". Someone must've made him in a mod though.
