If it was for Melle Mel the world would've never fallen in love with this music in the first place.

If they did A movie or TV series on Mel. Jamie Fox would be A good one to play the part. Rest up JF. & Peace to Mel. Go make A song or something you lost this one.

They laughing at this clown all over the world, same way they loved him at one time. This is the biggest joke on hip hop. One thing, game and any other artist that got problem with Em, will think about it. The world is listening. Melle, we can not hear you. What's the name of this track barbells. Or blackeye.

Peace Asalamalakum! From BFLO NY to the whole world this was js a shot. Mel knew EXACTLY what he was doin; he put it out in a certain way to get the Hip Hop world interested, u bit the bait hook, line, sinker.

Let's be honest even though this is a joke video the messages are much more productive and positive than 95% of the rap song that the establishment pushes out today. Remember conscious rap and fun rap don't get the same backing by the industry executives as gangsters g-string rap! And that's not because they make more money is because the establishment wants to continue to tear down the black community

I am now realizing that Melle Melle's manner of responding was VERY calculated, considering your responses of disrespect of the LEGACY, or what you see as "old school"
This is showing how there is not only a racial bias (proving him right - you're going from mockery to MlNSTREL), but also a GENERATION bias in the the reception of these rappers/emcess, and how we rank the "best" and the "worst"
..Rapping used to be about your LINES - not just how many syllables you could squeeze into a single bar. But notice how Melle's lines are being TOTALLY overlooked by BLACK people, because people are so turned off by him responding "old school" (now, the white STAINS are gonna diss him, regardless)
...and what's crazy is that Eminem made sure to respond 5 months later, RIGHT ON TIME, when the LEGENDS are supposed to be HONORED, getting Melle Mel to respond, like this is a set up for a "humilation ritual" for the legend (and the legacy)..
...Yeah, I believe that this has been, to some degree, planned and calculated, and Melle Mel is just playing into it, to further EXPOSE the disrespect (which I am screenshotting, and EXPOSING, as well).
