It's a really emotional song for the girls, it's about a loved one they lost. Especially Jades first part is really emotional because she got anorexia when she lost her grandfather. You can hear their pain in the voice so for me the notes don't have to be perfect

I took Jades “off note” at the beginning on the word “shower” as a purposeful stylistic Choice, it was a nice contrast.

This performance is all about emotion, I dont think any of the girls were thinking about technique at all. Jade was literally crying.

Emotional but old performance.

Maybe reacting to secret love song live on their most recent tour is best for a comparison.

They all have parts to deliver vocally on it.

Vocal wise, I think “woman’s world” on LM5 tour, secret love song, or an acapella performance of “the end” really showcase their vocal abilities.. or one of their performance from the apple event like “told you so” maybe.

Why choosing so old performances? I mean it’s fine but there are really more recent and terrific performances.. Leigh Ann and Jade have really improved now. And please don’t cut the video this way. We would like to see the entire performance and your comments about everything :)

I think it would be good to look at their more recent performances because of how much theyve all improved over the years. Leigh-Anne has improved the most and I think its an unfair representation to watch older videos because it doesnt represent where they would rank currently.

I feel like Leigh is always the one to get picked on by people. This is such an old performance and she has worked so so hard on her voice. I personally don’t see a massive issue with her performance hear and I really think that she’s putting a lot of emotion into the song. I think they’re all equally talented in their own way.

They sound so good here, all I can say is this is what sirens perched on a rock brushing their hair would sound like, harmonies are so good

This is so good because hearing these gets you to see the improvements. Supporting her notes was always Leighs issues early on but now she has a whole lot more to her.

The fabulous thing about this is the emotional connection they display for such young ladies. Just beautifully presented and sung.
