A reminder to you guys & gals:
If you have not worked in 10 years, your work credits have expired making you no longer eligible to file & receive SSD.
Look at social security as an insurance policy. If you haven't paid into the system in 10 years, your policy has lapsed & you are no longer covered.
This is especially bad for women who choose to quit working to be a stay at home mom.
If you need to file for a disability through social security ... do it before the 10 year mark! Or loose it forever. Unfortunately.
I found out the hard way.
As always Craig ... thank you for your hard work in helping veterans help themselves.

I believe the SSA adjudicators do lots of gatekeeping and engage in discrimination. I believe that there are SSDI applicants, veterans included, who meet or equal SSA'S listings but are not granted SSDI.

Would I be able to apply for SSDI while I’m currently employed and waiting on an approval or denial? I am 100% T&PD for PTSD back knee and foot pain with flat feet diagnoses and many other conditions. I can’t afford to not work while waiting on an approval or denial from SSDI as I have to many bills and debt…

Social Security Employees Benefits:
Good salaries
Good Medical Insurance
Trip Saving Plan(TSP) better than 401K secured
Pension Plan
Social Security Income(SSI)better than individuals
Bonuses
No Military Required..
What! no military required
That’s not fair…
Combat Veterans went through a lot shit holes we still denied. While these people sitting pretty with A/C in their offices. They have more benefits than the Veterans with no war experienced.. That’s my American Lazy Heroes 😂😂😂😂😂
