Providing criticism without a recommendation is destructive criticism. We need constructive criticism.

Who’s better to deal with a debt crisis than Trump ? He has personal experience 😅

He is so young and so powerful, and well connected, why doesn’t he do something to make America great again? Oh, he can’t, all he did was talking!

Ryan is so happy to theorize that the next President is going to have a debt crisis. Mission accomplished.

Not a perfect individual, but wide swathes of the political spectrum dislike Paul Ryan. Probably means he’s speaking truth.

The "sovereign debt crisis" is a relative game. I totally agree that the FED most likely has to buy the unsold bonds at the auction in a couple of years. That might hurt the dollar in a vacuum world but what if the ECB, BOJ, BAE, Riksbanken, and other central banks do more of the same thing (i.e. monatize the debt)? It's completely possible that the dollar goes up against those currencies. It's all a relative game, and to be honest, USD has proved to be the cleanest shirt in a dirty laundry...so far.

Here he is talking about debt again like he did before Trump came to office. He allowed Trump to put us into so much debt

Ryan keeps talking about entitlements. What about revenue? Why not ask those who can afford it to pay more in taxes before we short change grandma and grandpa struggling to get by on a monthly social security check? I know Republicans will never ask the wealthy to pay more in taxes.

This guy is part of the problem. Maybe another photo op of his curling a dumb bell will add some credibility.

Sure am glad there are a hundred people speaking all around him. Who is the A-hole that set up these terrible sound environments.

Could have we have had o r for decades. Ryan did ZERO and was useless as speaker and a terrible VP candidate. Truthfully he is a Democrat.

president will have debt crisis, come one Ryan, are you joking, Presidents are least bothered about debt, all they are interested in is - their second term or if done, then what form of Trust he should set up after leaving office... and kick down this so far down, even his next successor need not worry... finally this debt problem is very easy to solve - one is negative interest rates, second inflate everything.... most countries follow the 2nd trick, but US being so big, they need both these tricks

This guy is a 🤡. The Debt crisis started in 2008 when we bailed out the banks. That's why things are so messed up now.

Reform tax laws with a flat rate tax with little deductions. Taxes should be used to fund gov services and approved programs. It should not be used to affect behavior. Fifteen percent flat rate. If, you pay more than 15 percent, see your payroll or accountant and find out why. If, you pay less than 15 percent, you adjust your deduction or get a visit from the IRS. Keep it simple because it eliminates loop holes or sophisticated schemes or tax evasion scams.
