This was indeed helpful. I already knew the basic spin, but I couldn’t figure out the back one. It might’ve been a little harder because my saber has a larger handle than average… but regardless, with a little variation to what I do, I could perform all of that.

The reason why it took me a while to figure out figure 8 is because I thought you had to drop it but carry the saber outside your arm with your thumb, but it turns out you just have to hold it with your whole hand and bring it around. But overall I figured out how to spin this thing perfectly. BTW you are a really good teacher and I hope you can post more in the future.

Self taught this to myself, but I can definitely relate to the stress it gives to your shoulder and wrists. Took a good week before it didn't bother me.
