That actually looks amazing, have you run into issues with people submitting unoriginal content yet? Opening Content ID up this far sounds like quite the risk to me but if it's done well it actually helps creators out really well!
By the way here's some Feedback I thought of: You often talk about features like Asset labels and country blocking in a way that not everyone might understand if they didn't do a YouTube Certification for Copyright, I know how easy it is to talk about things you are passionate about and know a lot about (like you especially with YouTube) to the point where noone understands it anymore, maybe try explaining those specific things better in the future!
