How the killing of Russian general impacts Putin's leadership | DW News

Ukraine has claimed responsibility for the killing of a high-ranking Russian general in Moscow. Lt. General Igor Kirillov and his assistant died after an explosive device was detonated in a residential area a few kilometers from the Kremlin. A day earlier, Ukrainian prosecutors had charged Kirillov over Russia's use of banned chemical weapons in Ukraine.

Apparently top Russian generals are living as common people in ordinary apartment blocks and didnt even have bodyguards. You can call them "reckless" but certainly "not feeling threatened."
