When I click INSTALL, it prompts up Choose a device, when you click to choose a device, it says, "No eligible devices for app install." so on the bottom right, after you click install - the install button gets greyed out meaning it won't allow you click it without choosing a device that can download it.

Its not working .. after going everything its just add the google play in our homescreen and nothing else. It after that when I want to install it says to sign in. When I sign in, it says that the google account does not associated with any device. Please access the playstore app on your device before installing apps.
