In this video, Dr. Berg talks about Astaxanthin. It is a fat-soluble phytonutrient carotenoid. It is more powerful than many other antioxidants. It is a great anti-inflammatory, and it's great for the eyes and the brain in preventing cognitive degeneration.

You can get it from Wild Caught Pacific Sockeye Salmon, red trout, lobster, shrimp crawfish, crabs, chlorella (green algae), and krill.

I have been taking Astaxanthin for 2 years. My job requires me to ride on the bicycle for 30 kms per day 4 times per week. Before i get very lethargic easily. Since using this supplement along with spirulina and marine collagen, i am super energetic and hardly feel lethargic.

That’s a bummer so it’s not in cod liver because that’s pretty much all I take for meat supplements, but I do take Florella. Hopefully that’s enough

I've stopped eating all sea food (especially from the Pacific Ocean) because of the radiation from Fukushima. And I used to love sea food :(

I just take it in powder form, probably on the high end dosage-wise but I really do feel better for it, my skin complexion has improved a lot mainly.

I love salmon and shrimp and would say those are my favorite food sources of Astaxanthin. I have taken supplements of both Krill (Keto Krill Dr. Mercola Brand) and Astaxanthin in the past.

I think 'Nutrex Hawaii' was the first Astaxanthin brand to come out. I and took that 14 years ago. It kept me from sunburning when I was working out in an outdoor pool. Pretty Impressive because I am very fair and would always burned really bad at the beginning of the summer. I took a strong dose of it for 3 weeks before my pool classes began. It also helped my joint pain then.

I've read that 'NOW' Brand Extra Strength Astaxanthin and it is less $.
I mostly taken Synergy Brand called 'Pure Synergy SuperPure Astaxanthin'. because many of the fillers in most supplements do not agree with me,
